Grégory and Arnaud Bertholet, the grandsons of Léopold Bertholet, decided to guide the teams with a relaxed management style so as to offer an original enjoyable culinary experience to travellers.
Arnaud, Anne-Sophie and Grégory Bertholet, and Martial Strepenne (manager of the bistro for 30 years) decided to manage the Wagon Léo team in a family-oriented and relaxed manner.
To see this project through successfully, the two brother wanted to surround themselves with men and women from all walks of life, so that they can bring their expertise to bear for an unforgettable customer experience. Today, they can count on 67 talented staff (including a kitchen crew of 20 strong!) for this fine adventure of Wagon Léo.
